C. elegans Hermaphrodite Chemical Connectome (Undirected Typed)
Undirected weighted multigraph of chemical synapses in the adult hermaphrodite C. elegans with synapse type annotations (Sp, S, R, Rp). Bidirectional edges merged into undirected edges. Each (pair, type) is a separate weighted edge. Same neuron pair with multiple synapse types creates multi-edges. No self-loops (autapses excluded). Gap junctions and NMJs excluded. Data from White et al. 1986 via WormAtlas.
