C. elegans Hermaphrodite Chemical Connectome (Typed)
Directed weighted multigraph of chemical synapses in the adult hermaphrodite C. elegans with synapse type annotations (Sp, S, R, Rp). Each (pre, post, type) triple is a separate weighted edge. Multiple synapse types between same neuron pair create multi-edges. No autapses. Data from White et al. 1986 via WormAtlas.
